Double Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner | Get Inspired Everyday! - 1

Are there ever too many sheet pan dinner recipes ? I’m starting to think there’s not! I just love how easy they are, and they’re a great way to eat lots of veggies as well.

I like to keep my sheet pan dinners simple, and so usually they’re just a combination of meat and veggies with seasonings. But today we’re taking it to the next level by making this a double ranch situation. So not only are the meat and veggies seasoned with ranch, but there’s ranch dressing involved too.

And trust me when I say it’s not ‘too much’ ranch if ever there was such a thing. The ranch seasoning adds loads of flavor to the meat and veggies. But I really do think the creamy ranch dressing is what really elevates this dinner into the ‘I can’t stop eating it’ category.

So let’s just jump right in and make my Double Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner

Step 1:

First up we’re going to mix together our own ranch seasoning mix. You can use any package one you like, but if you have allergies, it’s best to make your own. Also this one is dairy free which is a bonus!

Step 2: Next, the sweet potatoes get roasted for a few minutes before you add the pork chops and green beans to the pan. Timing on this varies depending on the thickness of your pork chops. See the full recipe below for a complete breakdown.

Step 3: After that, this sheet pan dinner cooks another 10-15 minutes with the green beans, and you’re ready to eat.

Meal Prep Lunch Tip: I piled some greens into 2 glass containers. Then I topped them with the leftover pork chop and sweet potatoes. And finally I packed some of my Easy Blender Ranch Dressing into 2 – 1/4 cup mason jars. This made for a seriously delicious lunch the next day!
